Meet at the reserved car park (see car park maps) from 12 noon to sign in and receive your “spotters” identification wristband.

Welcome and safety briefing at the “spotters” reception area.
Entry to the area from 12:30 p.m.
Two large areas will be reserved for you near the runway and demonstration areas, plus one area that will only be open on Friday afternoon.
For safety reasons, there will be no access to the aircraft parking area during the afternoon due to heavy aircraft traffic.
8 p.m.: evacuation of the areas.

❗️There will be no catering available on Friday: please bring your own food and drink.

Entry to the area at 7:30 a.m.
Access to the aircraft parking area one hour before opening to the public and until 1 p.m.
There will be no access to the aircraft parking area during the afternoon for safety reasons, as there will be a lot of aircraft movement.
Two large areas will be reserved for you near the runway and demonstration areas.
Evacuation of the meeting area: Saturday at 8:30 p.m., at the end of sunset (Phoenix twilight jump from the Noratlas).

Main area located to the right of the VIP area

– Private area 50 metres long and 15 metres deep,

– Barriers open for entry and exit,

– 20 chairs with signage,

– Open Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Corner area located at the southern end of the public area

– Area measuring 25x25m and 15m deep,

– Barriers for entry and exit with signage,

– Open Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Area near the “aircraft parking area”

– Limited to a maximum of 30 people,

– Open only on Fridays from 1:30 pm to 8 pm.
